 Regulations of rules of online ticket sale and booking

  1. The regulations are issued by Wrocławski Teatr Współczesny, seated in Wrocław 50–132, ul. Rzeźnicza 12, organiser of the events.
  2. The regulations are addressed at any and all the persons purchasing and booking the tickets at the website www.wteatrw.pl
  3. The regulations aim at the establishment of rules of online ticket sale and booking and condition of their collection by the purchaser.
  4. By registering in the service, the purchaser agrees to the storage and processing their personal data by the Organiser, necessary for completing the order, essential contact with the purchaser, and for any activity required for the functioning of ticket sale system.
  5. The Organiser reserves himself the right to change the date, hour and place of the event, due to reasons beyond their control. In such a case, the Organiser will not be obliged to any kind of compensation for the Purchaser . The ticket will not be returnable and remains valid.
  6. The Organiser reserves himself the right to cancel any event without prior notification. The Organiser will not be obliged to any kind of compensation for the Purchaser, except the reimbursement of the cost of the ticket to the cancelled event. The reimbursement of the ticket cost is only possible in the case where the Organiser cancels the event. 
  7. The ticket purchase process follows the instructions at the website www.wteatrw.pl
  8. The Organiser may not be held liable for the third parties' activities aiming at disturbances in data transmission   during the transaction process nor for any  third parties' or purchaser's activities aiming at an unauthorised use of the sales system.
  9. The Organiser may not be held liable for the cases of force majeure, understood as circumstances beyond the Organiser's control, making it impossible to fulfil the obligations, or making the Organiser consider those obligations as infeasible.
