Meeting 1: 30 January (Friday), 6 p.m. (Big Stage and upper lobby)

The meeting is addressed at school youth, students and all theatre-goers willing to extend their knowledge on the new production.

The meeting will be entitled: After such knowledge, what kind of forgiveness? State, life and freedom.

It will be connected with the projection of a documentary (Big Stage)

Our special guest will be Prof. Leszek Koczanowicz.* Head of the Faculty of Philosophy and Culture Studies at Lower Silesian College in Wroclaw and visiting professor at the State University of New York in Buffalo and Columbia University. He specialises in contemporary philosophy, philosophy of culture and philosophy of politics. Author of the books "Community and emancipation. Controversy about post-conventional society" (2005) and "Politics of Time. Dynamics of Identity in Post-Communist Poland" (2008). Author of a lecture on Giorgio Agamben's philosophy during the current "Agamben Project", organised by Political Critic Club in Poznań and Borderline Questions Workshop at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.


If the state of exception, bare life, is an everyday practice of democratic states, if the nomos of modernity is a concentration camp, then what are our chances for emancipation, even a dream of freedom? The answer to a question defined in this way not only is a matter of theory, but also of  political practice, borders and possibilities of the development of democratic society” (prof. The participants of the first meeting will receive an admission card for the performance played on 3 February.

Meeting 2: 3 February (Tuesday) about 8 p.m. (after the performance, which will be played at 6 p.m. on this day)
