Homecoming opening meeting

On 8 May 2008, at 5 p.m., we organise The Homecoming opening meeting, including:

    *   *  5 – 6 p.m. – British documentary Working with Pinter from 2007: excellent material presenting Harold Pinter working on scenes from several of his plays, as well as an interview given to Harry Burton, his disciple and author of the film.  Directed by Harry Burton.

    * * 6 – 7 p.m. – meeting and interview with Bolesław Taborski*.

     Bolesław Taborski, poet, theatre science specialist, translator and literary critic,
expert in Harold Pinter's work; he translated of many of his plays into Polish. Taborski knows Pinter personally. The meeting will be focused on today's reception and meaning of the plays wirtten by Pinter, who has undoubtedly revolutionised 20th century world drama.   

    * *7.30 p.m. – final rehearsal of Harold Pinter's The Homecoming* directed by Artur Urbański (not appropriate for spectators under 16!)
