Actors’ Initiatives Stage

Actors’ Initiatives Stage is a project of Wrocławski Teatr Współczesny; in its framework, the actors measure themselves against drama texts of their own choice. The aim of the Initiatives Stage is not only the presentation of interesting contemporary drama, but also the attempt of directing, searching and practice of new acting techniques. In artistic terms, it is supposed to be a meeting place for young directors and experimenting actors and, thanks to a permanent collaboration with the Drama Committee, also a place of „stage exam” for young actors’ drama texts.
